Supporting Invoice Documents

An increased number of invoices to the District have been disputed because of a lack of supporting documents.  One of the consistently missed documents is a copy of the construction contract progress payment to the contractor.  Familiarize yourself with the required format and supporting documents by reviewing Chapter 5 of the LAPM.
