Roundabout Webinar Nov 9

Caltrans Divisions of Transportation Planning, Traffic Operations, and Research and Innovation have organized a Roundabout Webinar for November 9, 2011 from 9:30 to 11:30 AM.

The purpose of the meeting is to share alternatives to intersection “stop signs” or “stop lights”, the benefits of roundabouts and how to plan for roundabouts (to include policy, coordination and consultation efforts). Planners, engineers, right-of-way agents and others attending this webinar will acquire a better understanding of roundabouts and how to determine if roundabouts are a good intersection alternative.
