Accounting & Invoice Training – 11/17/11

The Office of Local Assistance will offer an Accounting and Invoice Training Course on November 17th 2011, from 9:00AM to 12:00PM. This course provides the basic information required by a project sponsor to obtain reimbursement from Caltrans for the project sponsors expenditures on local Federal-aid and State funded projects. The Course will discuss how to prepare an invoice, what is eligible for reimbursement, and timelines for reimbursement.

The class will be held in the Conference Room of the District Office, 703 B Street, Marysville CA. Ample free parking is available. Class size will be limited to 50 people. Therefore, we need to verify your candidate(s) list as soon as possible.
