The invoice training class is coming soon (11/17/11) and I wanted to clarify the content of the class. The purpose of this class is to learn how to prepare an invoice. The preparation, processing, and common mistakes observed by the District will be discussed. The required format and content of the invoice is a large part of the class.
Individuals responsible for preparing the invoice is our intended audience for the training. General accounting tasks such as tracking costs and revenues and bookkeeping are not discussed in this class. The training will focus specifically on the invoices submitted to Local Assistance
Audits and Investigations will also be here to give a brief presentation and answer questions from participants.
