2011 Maintained Mileage Reporting is due May 1, 2012 to the District point of contact (Ferdinand Batatan). Mileage reported should represent your maintained mileage as of December 31, 2011.
The information from your agency should be in the form of a resolution by your Board of Supervisors. The reporting procedures to FHWA has changed and the resolution should now include the total miles from the previous year and the total miles from the current year. The resolution needs to have the two numbers included in the “NOW AND THEREFORE” paragraph. Also, please highlight and/or put in bold text any field that’s been changed so that the changes may be easily identified.
If there are no changes, then you only need to submit the resolution.
