Utility Relocation Documentation – Updated

Our partners in Right of Way have supplied a listing of the Utility Relocation Documentation needed in order to proceed toward a Right of Way Certification here in District 3. These documents are required for review by our Right of Way staff if any federal dollars are used in any phase of the project.

To assist the Utility Coordinator, the Right of Way Project Coordinators (Jean Marie Hunter and Gina Cuevas) will now be the primary points of contact. As part of this responsibility they will be coordinating an initial list of all right of way documents needed to support a Right of Way Certification with both the local agency and Local Assistance.

We have worked with our RW and RW Utility partners here in the District to establish our documentation expectations, and we will continue to keep you informed of any changes or revisions as they occur.
